The reverse side drawers are supposed to be black and they are not. I refused the shipment and received a 2nd dresser the same issue. If you want to use the black side of this expect dark brown. Customer service in fixing the issue is great, however, I now have to wait more than 120 days for the correct color.

I am very happy with Astor table. It is very well made and its modern look makes my dining room look amazing. Modloft has been the best furniture company I have ever dealt with. Customer service gave me constant updates and delivery was so smooth! Highly recommend them!

The bed came as expected. Shipping company wasn't the best, but we managed. Assembly directions look meager but it actually is simple to assemble. The bed looks as expected. Sleek and modern. Dark brown wenge color is on point. It is low so not very practical for people who have problems squating. So far i think quality looks good. I had a minor issue that when contacting Modloft was resolved superbly.

This is a good firm mattress. It works best on a solid platform, we tested it on two beds and its much more comfortable on something solid. Very firm support.

This was our first purchase from Modloft and will not be our last! The Lenox Media Cabinet arrived in perfect shape and is very sleek and modern looking in our great room! Everything works smoothly including the 4 drawers and glass doors. The piece is well built and very sturdy. We are very happy with this purchase and look forward to finding our next unique piece soon!

My wife and I were looking for a wide walnut media cabinet, but were having trouble finding one until we came across the Chiswick. The design was perfect, so we pulled the trigger. Unfortunately, when we received our unit, it was damaged (possibly during shipping). One of the corners was chipped. We immediately reached out to Modloft and were assured they would send out a replacement as soon as one became available. They also let us keep the damaged unit so we at least had something in our space. Fast forward several weeks and our replacement unit was delivered damage free and the old one collected. We have had our new unit for approximately six weeks now and so far so good.
