The shape of the shell is just gorgeous, and the leather upholstery is perfectly done. The tiger-wood legs (if that’s what they are) make a perfect contrast. Only concern is that some of the legs are wonky — one fell out and could not be put back in, another is loose and cannot be tightened. Luckily, Modloft customer service is superior, and we were able to exchange the two (of eight) chairs that needed it.

I originally wanted the white chairs, but this is definitely not a disappointment. Love the color and the workmanship that is on display on each chair!

Good quality and chic. It had a little piece that was not attached and customer service offered for either a new one to be delivered or send someone to fix it. I preferred for a new one to be delivered. Amazing customer service!

I am so happy and satisfied . Fast and easy delivery. Vacuum Packaging was super convenient. Quality of the mattress just right not to firm not to soft. Im in love with low profile of the mattress 8 inches, exactly what I was looking for
