Quality of the bed and appearance is absolutely great. The headboard is extremely heavy, so if you have a flight of stairs plan for additional help. Delivery company used was not the best in terms of helping bring items into the first floor of the home or with scheduling a reasonable time window. They had me on a 12 hour time window of delivery on a weekday.

I waited 6 months for this bed to show up, I almost canceled my order multiple times. I’m so glad I didn’t! It’s stunning in person! Great quality and great customer service from the mod loft folks!

I absolutely love this book case. I bought two for my office. They are as stunning as depicted on the websites. Modloft website lists the bookcase with a depth of 20 inches. It is actually 14 inches deep and almost 15 inches between each shelf. I don't mind at all that it is not 20 inches deep.
