We bought a king sized Monroe bed a while ago and had to put it storage downsizing during the pandemic. The storage place ended up losing a few of the parts and I thought we were done, whole bed wasted. I still made a call to customer with no expectations whatsoever. Audrey was absolutely amazing, quickly finding out the missing parts and getting them shipped to us for a very reasonable fee. It was totally unexpected - never thought I'd be able to get it resolved so quickly.

This table is very well made with the extendable piece. The reason I gave it 4 starts is because it has so many little scratches. I've tried having placemats all the time but there are hundreds, maybe even thousand of scratches after 4 months that I can only assume are if anything grazes it, it scratches. It isn't noticeable in a lot of lighting but in natural light, you can see them all over which is a shame.

This is a beautiful piece with a great finish. It’s very slick. I just wish the drawers had handles and the door was magnetic or had a softer closure. Overall i like it a lot

Beautiful, sturdy bed. Looks exactly as expected. Was missing a small receiving part for a screw, but they were very responsive and the part is already on the way.
