The product is excellent, exactly as expected.
Deduct 1 star however, delivery was a fiasco-- original "white glove" delivery failed due to delivery company so-called unable to locate parking downtown Los Angeles at 3:30pm on a weekday, even after advising call center that deliveries/moving trucks permitted to park in red zone for loading/unloading. Scheduling immediate 2nd attempt required 3 calls and extra time re-explaining to dispatch the specific problem with 1st delivery. Completely bizarre since 2nd attempt parked directly in front of building (red zone--- for deliveries!) and used hazards. In and out in 30 minutes

The sofa looks exactly as pictured online. It took longer than expected to arrive, but it was worth the wait. The fabric is soft and beautiful. It is also super easy to rearrange and put the pieces together.

We are very pleased with our Haru bed! The quality and design of the bed is fantastic! We are equally pleased with Modloft's delivery and service. The gentlemen who delivered and assembled the bed were professional, pleasant, and respectful. We highly recommend this bed and Modloft!
