We purchased the Perry sectional in the chalk fabric. It is beautiful, just the right amount of firmness but still cozy to lounge on. Delivery was a headache though! The sofa arrived late due to it being shipped to the opposite coast from where we lived and although we had white glove delivery, the sofa was simply dropped off and not put together. It was going to take three weeks for someone to return to assemble it, so we ended up having to find and pay an assembler as we did not want to wait three weeks.

Beautiful bed… we tried Worth first and although gorgeous it was a little too low for our bedroom so Modloft worked with us to get the Monroe. It’s perfect, extremely well made, great finishes and build quality.

We bought the six piece Spruce sectional at Modloft - totally worth the wait. Looks amazing, we bought it with the table and bench that was on display at the North Miami show room and are super happy with it - highly recommend!
