I have absolutely loved this chaise (and the Netta couch I bought with it) for all of 3 seasons. It is obviously beautiful and was a great addition to my newly completed back yard at the time. Unfortunately, and despite taking excellent care of the furniture, this past summer the straps that support the cushions on the chaise began to tear, and once they started they didn't stop. The chaise was not usable after that. The screws and supporting rods on the couch portion have rotted and are pulling away from the main structure of the couch...I'm shocked I didn't fall through it this summer. I contacted Modloft but I didn't purchase any coverage so they basically told me to move on. Certainly didn't expect to need to buy new furniture after just 3 seasons, especially at this price.

I purchased my old bed from Modloft 7 years ago. And still looking great but I gave it to my son and I purchased Thomoson bed. The bed is very stable and strong and the material is durable and the look of the bed day or night is amazing.

The Finsbury coffee tables are simply gorgeous, the lower is an almond soft white lacquer, the taller walnut wood, they nestle in together and work beautifully in the space, real conversation Pieces! After seeing this the Tiemann Lounge Chair in the showroom late July, we wanted to look at different alternatives. However, the more we looked at other chairs the more my wife and I came back to the Tiemann Lounge Chair. I must have looked at hundred of choices and in the end we bought two of them. We bought this king size mattress in March 2021. As of today one of the corners is literally collapsing. We’re trying to contact customer service to figure out if this material defect is covered. This should not happen for a 2-year old $1,500 mattress.
