We received the Perry Modular Right Arm Chair as apart of the Sectional 3 Seat Sofa and we are absolutely in love. My sister purchased chairs for her island some months ago, which prompted me to check out Modloft in preparation for our move. I immediately fell in love with the Perry collection, but was nervous to make such a big purchase without seeing or feeling the quality in person. I read reviews and trusted my gut and purchased the sectional and it was the best decision! The chairs are firm and will likely break in over time, the back pillows are plush, and the color and material are perfect. I am very happy with my purchase and will definitely purchase from Modloft again!

The backordered availability of the item stated late July, which was very accurate on when Modloft had the item in stock for us. The shipping time from then was delayed to the circumstances the entire world is feeling right now so it was another 6 weeks from then until it reached us. However the item looked grand and of great quality. Very heavy and sturdy while very easy to assemble the legs onto it. Drawer and door alignments are good, as i was worried since that was the only big issues others seemed to have. The push drawers on the right don't always click in on one of the corners if you don't push both corners in together but its a pretty minor issue and even hard to notice most times. Overall very happy with the item

This cabinet is excellent! The smoked oak is a great color and really adds some elegance to the unit. I have a 82” Samsung tv and this cabinet is the perfect size for it. With the TV in the center still have room on both ends for small speakers. Also be ready because the cabinet is heavy. Like 100lbs shipping weight heavy so be careful. It’s fully assembled you just have to put on the metal leg brace underneath. The drawers are soft touch and add some extra flair. It’s quality, get it!
