I bought 4 of them in white and they’re comfy and beautiful

This was my first modloft purchase and I was very pleased. The color and quality is exactly as pictured. Leather will never be as comfy as some fabric sofa’s but it still is relatively comfortable.

This style ottoman is a nice addition/complement piece to the rest of the living room furniture. It has a nice quality look to it and really helps complete the aesthetic. Very happy with it.

This mattress is a little firmer than our previous one so we needed to adjust but after 2 months of using it, we feel much better with our backs. Our previous mattress which was an expensive high quality one was still causing back pain. We are satisfied with this purchase

Feels like a mix between plush and medium. It could be that I only weigh 135lbs but I was hoping to sink into the mattress. Delivery was fast and the setup was pretty quick also.

I have never written review for anything so far but I wanted to write it for Modloft since I had a very good customer service experience. I recently placed an order for king size bedframe and right from the order placement till delivery the customer service experience was wonderful whenever I tried to reach them for updates. I was pregnant when I placed the order for bed and I needed it real bad. When the bed got delivered, one of the bedframe part came off while the delivery guys was trying to get inside my home and they said they would get me a replacement. When I reached Modloft about it, they were very kind and generous to let me keep the bed till I get the replacement. The email and phone response is very prompt and satisfactory every time we reach out to them. They always get into our shoes and give response to our problem which is very much appreciated. Special thanks to Ryan for his help on my order and all other customer service ppl of Modloft I’ve interacted rocks!

Never met a great customer service till Ms. Audrey Bedell came into the picture. I had a minor set back with my order but Ms Bedell took my worries away. She’s very prompt in responding and easy to communicate with. Thank you so much for your assistance….
