Amazing!

I finally got my spruce!! We also got the armrest, it is exactly as it is shown in the picture! The sofa look soooooooooo good. Everyone compliments it when they walk in. Even the people unpacking it complimented it. It is more on the firm side vs soft. Which is good, this way it keeps its shape. VERY aesthetically pleasing. Highly recommend.

It’s better in person then online. Great quality and super modern. It did take a long time to receive the product and I had to cancel the matching color bed frame so that is the only negative feedback. Great looking!

Love this entire collection and can’t wait to get more. We put together and modern monochrome condo and this was the perfect piece. The wood grain and shape of the legs bring in subtle and beautiful detail.

I've just placed my first (and large order of 9 pieces) and have had a superior experience so far, worthy of me writing a review before even receiving the furniture. Before I placed the order I called to find out when the Black Friday sale would end and was concerned about ordering too early as I am remodeling the condo where the furniture will be delivered. I was told that ModLoft would work with me on the shipping and could hold the pieces for up to 3 months. I placed the order and called the next day and spoke with customer service regarding delaying delivery. They were very courteous and helpful and told me I would receive updates and could call back when I knew more about the remodel status. Also when ordering, there was a free mattress offer if a bed, dresser and 2 nightstands were ordered. The mattress was to be automatically added to the order if requirements were met, but in my case was not. I think it's because the nightstands were classified as end tables but they were made to go with the Ludlow bed. I mentioned this to the person I spoke with, and he added the mattress to the order. The next day I received an email asking if they could ship in stock items. The communication and responsiveness has been like no other retail company I have purchased from before. The ModLoft website is beautiful, easy to navigate, and the pictures and reviews were incredibly helpful in giving me the comfort to makes such a large online furniture purchase. Class act company. Can't wait to see the furniture!

This is a great piece that is not only beautiful but comfortable as well. We love the modern look - simple but makes a statement. We liked it so much I have ordered a second so we each have one. :^) I have ordered some other seating pieces and can’t wait to get them!
