Had a great experience with our white glove delivery. The employees were kind and helpful. The bed frame is what we imagined and more. However, the white headboards caused scratches to the wood due to the poor quality stapling on the back piece of the fabric.
For almost $2k, it’s a lovely bed frame overall, but a huge disappointment with the headboard scratches. Thankfully we had our Tibet Almond Stick to help with the lighter scratches, but it didn’t cover the bigger ones. Not a great way to end our first experience with Modloft.

I love this bed so much. We have a king size Sleep Number so the delivery staff built around it. The side brackets are a little big so they had to raise our sleep number bed quite a bit too sit on the brackets. They made it work and although it doesn't look like a platform bed anymore, it still looks stunning

I bought these chairs last year along with the two sofas. One leg came loose and to fix it I had to call the technician to fix it. He had to use the epoxy to fix the screws. I took the chairs out this season and two more legs came loose from both the chairs. The quality is very poor. I can add pictures... THE QUALITY IS SO POOR THAT I WOULD NOT BUY THESE.

These stools are an ideal fit to my modern kitchen. Sleek lines and smooth elegant feeling texture of the leather seats. Under certain lighting conditions, the color can look a dark beige instead of grey.

Still waiting for it…. Told it would be delivered from May 31st and keep chasing for updates. Now it looks like I won’t get it for a month (at best) after it reached the Modloft warehouse…
