Overall It's just "OK". We expected a natural, real wood surface for the price point. The manufactured wood has a distinct repeating pattern that produces easy-to-see stripes which we were very disappointed by. For comparison, our previous, much cheaper table from IKEA was made with the same manufactured wood but had a much more disguised pattern for a natural look...there was no repeating pattern. The table surface also sits a little higher than standard dining room tables, so if you have average or low chairs it will feel a little too high. The rest of the table is solid, and the eaves work well, so the overall quality is OK, but they need to completely change the actual table top or significantly reduce the price.

These are really eye catching in a group of different heights. The glass tops are really cool looking but do show fingerprints and smudges really easily so best for a low use area. Service from Mod Loft was great.

We specifically ordered this chair after looking at its different designs and craft of the chair. And we have not been disappointed, as we got the chair it is looking much better in real life. It is made well, and very sturdy and the sleek design is a great addition to our formal living room.

This was a big cabinet and heavier then expected. Build quality was excellent, although it came with a but of damage on the backside. It looks fantastic under my 75" TV and the gloss finish is super nice.
