The bed overall is decent. But the customer service at Modloft is horrible. They talk politely to you, but they do not listen. I kept on telling them the bed is making noise, moving, unstable, sent them at least 10 videos. But they kept on saying it is normal. Finally after 1 month they finally sent someone from task rabbit to check out the bed, who agreed it was not installed correctly and made noise and was moving and unstable.

Beautiful design, comfortable sofa, high quality leather, super soft to the touch and regulates temperature very well. Also happy with the Modloft client service at the Miami showroom. My sofa arrived with a minor scratch they exchanged it for a complete new set that is flawless. Very happy with my purchase! Highly recommend it.
