While it is a beautiful dresser, the process of having it delivered was in my opinion not worth it. I ordered this dresser and the matching nightstands in November 2021 and had it delivered broken 4 four times. Only just now in December 2022 was it finally delivered correctly. I also had to have the nightstands delivered a few times each because they were broken. Now that the dresser is here it appears the color does not match that of the nightstands even though I ordered them all in the same color. The nightstands are the light coolish gray like online but the dresser is a pinkish gray. Also, the measurements on the website seem to be off. I prepared a place that would perfectly fit the dresser using the measurements on the website, yet when the dresser was delivered it would not fit in that place. I usually do not take the time to write reviews but this experience has been so unpleasant I thought I should share as a caution to other buyers. As I stated above it is a beautiful piece of furniture but has not proven to be worth all of the wasted time and hassle.

I returned it. It was laughably tiny! My fault for not obtaining betters measurements.

I notice all 5 stars and might have given something approaching that if they could have figured out where my bed and night tables were. Ordered months ago, we have been told on-and-off different stories about where the pieces were and when they would be delivered. I’d review the products, but I have no products to review. Very, very disappointing.

Love the bed but delivery was late., Getting ready to put my son in bed and delivery truck pulls up at 9:30 never got a phone call or text Also sent a Emil but nobody ever got back with me. Both boxes were busted open and head board was scratch. Maybe if I order something else that’s expensive from here shipping would be better but oh well.

I want to start off this review by saying I was given a 3-5 day shipping time on the original order of the bed. I was later contacted by a representative via email who informed me that even though the website reads 3-day shipping, the bed would have a 2-3 week delivery time and I would be contacted by the delivery company in that time frame. I appreciated the message and was optimistic about the delivery time as I was told I would receive a call before memorial weekend. I have not received a call and I have been in contact with three different representatives, none of which who can locate the bed, nor update me on a delivery date. The shipping confirmation gives a vague status that reads the bed is at the metro hub in "unsatisfactory condition." I cannot get an answer as to what this means. I am moving into a new home this week and will not have a bed in time, regardless of the fact that I placed the order well in advance. I am rather sad this is my experience as I had other pieces that I loved and was hoping to order. However, given the circumstances, I am not confident in the shipping process and it is unlikely that I will be a returning customer. The representatives are kind but response time and helpfulness are unsatisfactory. I am optimistic about the quality of the bed as it has great reviews, I am hoping it is worth the wait.
