I have absolutely loved this chaise (and the Netta couch I bought with it) for all of 3 seasons. It is obviously beautiful and was a great addition to my newly completed back yard at the time. Unfortunately, and despite taking excellent care of the furniture, this past summer the straps that support the cushions on the chaise began to tear, and once they started they didn't stop. The chaise was not usable after that. The screws and supporting rods on the couch portion have rotted and are pulling away from the main structure of the couch...I'm shocked I didn't fall through it this summer. I contacted Modloft but I didn't purchase any coverage so they basically told me to move on. Certainly didn't expect to need to buy new furniture after just 3 seasons, especially at this price.

The bed is nice the back is cute once you put a mattress on you can’t even see the back part and looks like there is no headboard. Pass on this

We bought this king size mattress in March 2021. As of today one of the corners is literally collapsing. We’re trying to contact customer service to figure out if this material defect is covered. This should not happen for a 2-year old $1,500 mattress.

The picture on the site shows the lighter color more looking like white. The actual piece is medium grey. Was not expecting this.

This review is related to the dresser. I bought the Amsterdamn bed and two side tables which we love and give 5 stars. Went to buy the dresser in July 4th Sale to match it all and was told Modloft no longer ship to California! So they recommended I use a partner called Lumans where the dresser isn’t on sale and would be $2500 so I can’t purchase it :/ Shame because I love Modloft products but they currently do not ship to California.

The back of my sofa has a lot a creases, presumably from being shipped improperly. I reported the problem more than a week ago but I have not heard back from Modloft. That said I love the style and it is very comfortable.

The bed is as described. It is very low to the ground so be ready for that. It looks great, but hard to visually encorporate into my traditional home. Biggest negative is that the wood marks so easily, there are scratches, marks, and scuffs all over the surface just from regular use. We got the dark walnut, so maybe the other colors could be better.

Order took forever to be delivered. It was supposed to be delivered in October but we actually received it in late December. Had to contact customer service a lot of times and they were little help. The bed itself also isn’t good quality too and squeaks and shakes as we move.
