Stay Away!!!!!!!!!! False advertising false showroom displays, after 4 months of waiting for full bed set the dresser chair & bed frame do not match.
I asked for an exchange to match all Modloft said they will need to charge us for a delivery fee and pick up fee. I was so upset I asked to return the whole bed set and they said no problem 80% of the money can be returned and keep in mind the bed set was delivered and promptly noticed the difference in colors called Modloft with a direct email right after. Customer service customer support has no morals I wouldnt even finish a sentence with out them interrupting me to keep telling me you will be returned 80% of the money and that they cannot match the bed set without fees in the way.Very dissapointing!!!!

modloft is a scam I went to their showroom to see this bedset ordered it Online right after making the decision with the wife. After 4 months of waiting for bed set the dresser bed frame & chair did not match. I asked to exchange they want to charge fees and if returned they want to only pay 80% of the whole purchase price.

I normally do not leave negative reviews but this was an exception. Modloft sent me a broken nightstand with missing parts. They didn't ship out the replacement nightstand until I called them even though they had the product in stock. I would have understood if shipping itself takes that long. But this was purely inefficiency since they sat with the product and didn't ship it until I called. As soon as I called, they shipped it and I received a call from the freight company couple of days later. I'm sending these nightstands back. I would not want to do business with such companies.

I can not evaluate. The bed was not able to be used. The hardware to assemble the bed was never sent.
Had the pieces of wood on my house unassembled for 3 weeks.

Pros: comes in glossy white finish
Cons: the top drawer is hard to open, you need to push it a few times to get it to open. This seems to be a common issue if you read the other reviews. When contacting customer support and asking them how many times do you need to push to open and providing proof via a video, they ignored the question as if "writing me off" as just a complainer instead of investigating what went wrong with the nightstand. At close to $500 per nightstand, you definitely can find much better for the price-point elsewhere.

Pros: available in glossy white finish, decent size for clothing storage
Cons: took more than 3 months to arrive, customer support refused to offer any compensation for delays despite admitting there were more than 1 expected delays, when it came there were some scratches and a layer of dirt covering the surface and inside the drawers that needed to be cleaned, the top drawer doesn't open as smoothly as you would think for a "premium" product. When asked about why the drawer doesn't open very smoothly, the customer service blamed me that I didn't push it correctly. Excuse me, if there is a way to "push it correctly" when it should be easy to do, then no matter what there is a fault with the product when you are charging over $1,000 for it. Overall, your money is better spent elsewhere for what you get.

the finish is bad on this bed frame that after a year the surface starts to peel off you would have to glue yourself

I ordered my bedroom set back in April of 2023 and I still have not received my items!! But they are asking me for a review of how well I like/love them. This is sad.

The color we ordered was grey yet it arrived in tan after waiting 6 months... the company continued to post the product as available but we never got ours and when we did it was the wrong color.
We paid double everyone else and waited 6 months.
So disappointed
