The bed is very, very low to the ground, and the bedside tables are not attached to the bed frame. They just slide in and out.

It ways great looking and well built.

The bed overall is decent. But the customer service at Modloft is horrible. They talk politely to you, but they do not listen. I kept on telling them the bed is making noise, moving, unstable, sent them at least 10 videos. But they kept on saying it is normal. Finally after 1 month they finally sent someone from task rabbit to check out the bed, who agreed it was not installed correctly and made noise and was moving and unstable.

I was very unhappy with the sofa cushion I called the store after having the item for about three months. I even sent pictures because where you sit is an indent which made the seating uncomfortable. They told me they couldn’t do anything about that that it was not on the warranty. I will never buy or recommend any of your products

The drawers are made out of a cardboard material. This is the same type of material you would see on low-end furniture. This is not the quality I have come to love and expect from MODLOFT.

These drawers have a bottom that is made out of a thick cardboard material. That is unacceptable and not representative of other MODLOFT items that I have. This is the same stuff that ikea uses in their furniture.

I like the style but I received the wrong color , I look at the showroom gray and the one I received is super light let me send pictures

The table is very heavy, comes with material which does not hold the table. It just ripped out of the wall damaging the whole wall for my new home and leaving ugly holes. The delivery company did jot set it up even though the customer service said they would and the weight of the table is not justified with the drawers which come with it. Just a piece of heavy junk

I can’t even review the bed because it has not been delivered. Order was placed on May 11th. It is July 8th, still no bed. After multiple calls to not only Modloft, also their carrier named ELITE, that it is “in transit”. First of all, having to try and communicate to both Modloft and the carrier is ridiculous. They leave it to the customer to follow up with the delivery from their carrier which is another company. Called Modloft, they said it was delivered to their carrier ELITE. I Called the carrier and they said that it is still in transit. After multiple calls for weeks, both parties always said the same thing. Only after I threatened a report to the better business bureau, filing a dispute with my bank, and taking additional legal action, they decided that they would actually help and look into the matter. It turns out that the bed was delivered to a San Francisco warehouse and was just sitting there. I live in Seatt. Now I still have to wait over a week until it’s delivered to another warehouse in Seattle. After that, I still have to wait for a call for delivery. They offered no compensation for time lost and all the hassle of simply just finding out the status of delivery. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM MODLOFT

I bought these chairs last year along with the two sofas. One leg came loose and to fix it I had to call the technician to fix it. He had to use the epoxy to fix the screws. I took the chairs out this season and two more legs came loose from both the chairs. The quality is very poor. I can add pictures... THE QUALITY IS SO POOR THAT I WOULD NOT BUY THESE.
