We are very happy with the product itself but it came defective after waiting for it for 6 month. Therefore I have given 3 stars now but will update once we receive the replacement without any defect. Mod loft customer service has been great and started the replacement process promptly but we will be waiting for another 6-8 weeks.

Pleasantly surprised with quality of frame, thickness of parts and overall sturdiness. Always a gamble when buying furniture online, but the Monroe did not disappoint. Big and sturdy metal hardware connecting the components, and bed is very heavy which is especially nice during sexy time. Only negative was the so-called ''white glove 5-star'' delivery service which is anything but that. More like, a couple of rude guys, slapping parts together in a hurry, leaving behind a mess of styrofoam and scuffed up walls. Just another sales/marketing scam meant to increase sales revenue in my opinion. I reached out to MODLOFT asking them to make good on this, we will see what happens.

Bought my living and master bedroom with them. It looks fantastic! The design is top notch. After 5 years, I need new sets. The sectional cushions are deformed, the dresser drawers don’t close, the bed…the bed is in good shape : ). I might never buy from them again. Replicas have better quality (sad to say)

Waited several months to get this piece. Not Modloft's fault, just a shipping issue. Very nice looking media cabinet. Unfortunately it came damaged and had to return it. I will still purchase from Modloft in the future due to their great customer service!!!

I love Modloft and their designs and quality furniture. Unfortunately, I made a switch on some dining chairs, cancelling one set and ordering another set to go with my Sullivan table, which I’ve waited for for many months. The warehouse inadvertently cancelled delivery on both orders, the chairs and table. Ugh. Hope this didn’t delay delivery of my table. Ryan has been excellent, but the courier … not so much.

Beautiful chairs but -The web site SHOWS and states the white leather chair comes in Natural OAK frame. This is what I want- OAK. Can I get it? If not please remove from your site. Thanks

Frame and construction are great. Some of the assembly is difficult, and instruction could be improved. Very disappointed that the headboard is so low. With most modes mattresses (thick and with pillow tops), you will never see your nice leather headboard.
