I like the style of the dresser but hardware used is cheap and fragile. 2 of the dresser drawers broke the day of the delivery. It has been 6 month and I am still waiting on a replacement!

The armchair itself is beautiful although I personally thought the color could be a little lighter against the dark wood but that's just personal preference. However, on the confort side, the chair could use a little more cushion. As of now, I find it a bit thin because you can feel the bar in the back when you sit and lean back. Overall, a bit uncomfortable.

I like the size and the look of this nightstand. It is elegant, practical as it has two drawers.it offers plenty of space to store different items. I use the bottom part to store my slippers. Unfortunately the first time it was delivered it arrived damaged, but thanks to Modloft customer representative. She was quick to arrange a replacement. However it takes a long time to deliver it.

The bed is adequate it is solid wood, but the connections (hex screws) remind me very much of something you would buy from Ikea. It has been sturdy so far, but over time, I'm sure I will see the same issues with other mass produced bolt together furniture where joints will loosen and need to be tightened periodically.
Overall, good, maybe even better than average for the price point.

I loved the look of the bed, but after 3 months of waiting it came with both night stands damaged. One of the draweres were completely stripped from the track. One of the leather pieces was cut and the headboard had a large gash across the top. It appeared to have come from a scratch and dent store. I watch the delivery guys unpack and assemble however. Modloft agreed to fully replace it, however its annoying ot have to sit around another day to wait for delivery. This is my 2nd bed from Modloft and the 2nd time the initial bed arrived damaged. Perhaps they need a better moving company or a better quality team in manufacturing. The bed itself is very low but nice none the less, thus the 3 stars.

The media stand looks amazing. Unfortunately it came damaged but replacement is on the way.
Emailing customer service is more efficient and when trying to call no one was picking up the phones.
