Every product I've purchased has been great. My only issues have been regarding service and delivery/shipment, which have been slow, not properly communicated, and sometimes even lost items.

This bed is amazing! It is extremely well made. pay for the white glove service.. so worth it and the guys were extraordinary. They lifted, put together and cleaned up!! Quickly and with attention to detail.

I am absolutely in LOVE with my Sullivan table in Smoked Oak! I had been searching for months to find a table with a modern, minimalist design to compliment my vision for my new dining room! So happy I found Modloft! The table is sleek, and contemporary and extremely SOLID! So glad I purchased the white glove service because setting up this table requires a minimum of two strong individuals! The delivery guys were meticulous and handled the set up with great care! This table was definitely worth the wait!!
