As a small business owner - I believe these reviews are invaluable for both the consumer and the vendor. No sugar-coating here. We looked at every Media Cabinet that was available for purchase online - every website we could find. Modloft had THE BEST selection of well-designed media cabinets. We made our decision immediately. The order process was easy. We were contacted when we were told we’d be contacted. Delivery (I did the VIP) was great. I did not realize, though, that the cabinet had to be attached to the base and that the VIP delivery did not do that for me. So I did it myself after they unpackaged it (which is part of their contract - they will also dispose of all packaging trash). I dont know that this part was worth the extra $$$. I, as an amateur woodworker, REALLY wanted to build this piece, myself, for our home, but I already have other fish to fry. I have to say that I was really impressed with the build quality, the vertical hinge hardware, the touch latch doors, the quality if the walnut, etc. This is a heavy piece! Lol. That also means it is quality. Enjoy.

This bedframe is exceptional. It is made with high quality durable materials. It has truly exceeded our expectations. We love it!

Quality Construction. Heavy. Only issue is dimensions on website are incorrect. Add two inches to width and depth.

Very good quality. Not sure if it is kid friendly. Platform may cause injury.

The bed is fine. Frankly, it took me a shorter period of time to put together an IKEA bed than the Haru (8 hrs - no joke), but Ryan at MODLOFT was very kind. My bed came with a significant piece broken off from the bed, but Ryan was very kind and helpful in solving the issue. That being said, the Florida store personnel gave a lot of attitude when I initially called with questions. Call the Philly store. They will take care of you!

The Emi chairs are really beautiful wood work is excellent and the finish really elegant. The only comment is that there is minimal padding of the chair cushion, so I'm not sure how comfortable they will be for long dinners.

Great looking bed but both instructions and mechanics to put it together not easy. Difficult to screw bolts in as they are places in a hidden and hard to reach location. Overall though, bed is beautiful and I am happy
