I’ve purchased Modloft furniture before and been really, really pleased with the quality and style. So I went back to purchase a bedroom dresser and mirror. Turned out both were backordered for a while. Ryan T. of Modloft customer service got in touch and was fantastic. We ended up going with a more expensive dresser that was immediately available, but since Ryan offered a 10% discount and free shipping, while transferring my previously-approved financing to the new order, the entire order ended up being less expensive than the original order. Fantastic customer service to match the fantastic products!

This is of one of those rare experiences where I can say that the quality of the product is exceeded only by the service. The furniture is of a superior quality but the level of service we received from Ryan and Juan has been outstanding! We are definitely "return customers".

I can't say enough good things about the customer service i've received with Modloft. As an Interior Design company we have hundreds of accounts with different manufacturers and I can honestly say this has been the best service we have received. So many times we are assigned account managers who I can't even get a hold of but Alison Figueroa has not only been easy to reach but she has made a diligent effort to reach out to us and make sure our needs have been met. I must also say that John Calle has been been wonderful with follow ups and making sure our orders are correct and things ship out as needed. Thank you both for making purchasing from Modloft a pleasure! I would honestly recommend Modloft to anyone.
