I have worked with Alison F. for a number of years and she has always gone above and beyond our expectations here in our office. She is very friendly and quick to respond, but more importantly, we can trust her with our order, which gives us a ton of comfort. And if any issues are to arise, she does her very best to stay on top of it to solve the problem. The Bar stool was well packaged. It is very comfortable and the color i purchased is white, the white is very pretty and bright. Love it!

This bookcase is quintessentially modern and functional and beautiful. It is much better in person than in the photos. I love that it assembles like a puzzle: there is no hardware, only the glass panels that fit into notches in the shelves; a child could do it if it weren't so heavy (the glass panels are quite thick). You will not be disappointed in this piece.

Alison F. is very responsive in addressing questions and double checking all orders for accuracy. She is a joy work with. She is also setting me up with a contact in the Philadelphia store when I visit on July 3rd. Going above and beyond.
