Very solid and sturdy and looks great. Was packaged very well and didn't contain any damage. Assembly was not difficult, but the concrete top is very heavy so you might need a couple of people to lug it around.

Love these chairs, the Arabian color really is gorgeous and matches the Genoa table perfectly. I was surprised to notice how light these chairs are but the leather is well wrapped and chairs are incredibly sturdy (metal frame structure). Had a small issue with the shipping company but well worth the wait!

This white sofa makes our living room! We have white on white to remain cool in our new Arizona home. The modular aspect is what sold me, as it's so easy to move pieces, especially the ottomans, around.

Modloft’s Netta series furniture is gorgeous, well made,, and exactly what I wanted for my screened porch. Modloft’s customer service is excellent, one of my items was back ordered and they always answered my inquiries promptly. The carrier bringing me the furniture had a disconnect but Modloft stayed with me to resolve. I seriously couldn’t be happier!!
