Alison Figueroa is excellent to work with! I work with a ton of different Vendors and she is tops to answer quickly ad respond which is so critical for me as an Interior Designer. She has been very patient with me and helpful in getting my new account open!

Modloft products are a class apart and ludlow side table is just perfect from a look and utility standpoint. It goes very well with my low platform bed (thompson king from modloft :-) )

We use Modloft pieces in a lot of our projects and have been very happy with the quality of the pieces as well as customer service. I love that we can ship direct to clients or to receivers depending on the project. Our rep Daniel is incredibly responsive and accurate (not the case for all reps so I really appreciate this!). We recently had a challenging installation where a number of pieces arrived with damage and Daniel and team responded quickly and fairly to resolve this issue and make it right for our clients. Keep up the great work!

Modloft is a new line for us, and Alison has been absolutely THE BEST. She is so responsive and doesn't mind our many, many questions and requests! Finish options, style/comfort questions, sample requests, availability - every inquiry is is handled with care. She is so quick to respond, whether by email or phone. Her excellent customer service has been instrumental in our decision to purchase Modloft products.
