1. The Essex Sofa is beautiful, unique and superbly made. My clients especially love the stitching.
2. Initial purchasing: we had pretty strict huidelibes abd time frame. Modloft was 100% accommodating with the numerous changes. Finally we got the green light to deliver in a "3" day window!
3. Modloft exceeded the time, delivered and assembled the Prince Bed and the Essex Sofa!!
Clients were amazed.

Love Modloft! My shelves came with some damage, but they will be replacing the entire unit. Great products and selection. Customer service is outstanding.

It was easy to assemble. Arrived on time. It is very low to the floor, much lower than I anticipated. We do like it but were very surprised.

I have been calling Modloft and speaking with Alison over a period of weeks, getting pricing and delivery information on a variety of products, and she is always professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant whenever we are on the phone. I have enjoyed our interaction and think she deserves ALL FIVE STars!!!!
