The cabinet came and looks very nice with 2 flaws:
One drawer is crooked and the main drawer in the middle doesn't open correctly. I'm working with support for corrections. One other thing of note, the center part of the cabinet is not large enough for albums which was a disappointment. Otherwise, the cabinet is beautiful and sleek and minimalist.

Alison F. has been so great! Our firm has been waiting for a client to make decisions on the Modloft items and she has accommadated us the whole way thru. I would definitely recommend this great product and awesome customer service to our future clients as well.

The dresser looks just like the pictures! It is beautifully made. However, the drawers are not suspended by zippers on tracks like it is conventionally done. There is a rubbery stripe (I am not sure what kind of material it is) stuck to the bottom of the opening along where the tracks would go that creates friction as you push/pull the drawers in or out. Since the drawers are empty now, it doesn't seem to be much a problem. If anything, I am now able to pull the drawer completely out and set it on top of the counter and organize it better. However, once the drawers are full, I don't know how hard it will be to pull it out without a handle and no track. Regardless, it looks so good I am willing to take the risk.

Great bed so far. Arrived without installation hardware, then when the hardware arrived separately, it was still incomplete. Fortunately, customer service was easy to work with and helpful.

The bedframe looks very nice in our bedroom. The delivery men are quite efficient. Don't know the durability since it needs time, but the design is very modern and stylish. My wife really likes it.
