The bed came on time and it’s probably a little darker than what the pictures on the catalogue. Looks good in the room and better with a mattress with no more than 10 inches high.

The media cabinet is a perfect addition to our room, great look, perfect fit, and was delivered quickly. We ordered online without seeing the cabinet, the information on the website was thorough and we got exactly what we expected. Modloft was attentive and swiftly took care of a minor delivery delay, and the delivery workers were friendly and helpful.

The overall design and construction is great. The right selection for a solitary, relaxation chair in my new Zen Garden. I have to be honest and say that I am disappointed in the cushions. I thought the fabric would be higher quality. Fabric has a "cardboard" appearance and feel. Seat cushion is very stiff. I would recommend ordering a swatch in advance of purchase. Overall experience with ModLoft was positive.

I was browsing for days on the internet for outdoor furnture, and all i could find were same same same - nothing unique, modern and interesting, until I found this chaise! It makes our outdoor patio feel so chic, plus it's super comfortable, and I can tell the cushions will hold up to some light rain if we can't move it under the roof fast enough. It's also quite light, so easy to move around (I'm only 5'4" and can easily move it).

I placed an order for 2 sofas, 2 chairs, a coffee table and an end table for my outdoor area. I got a call the next day thanking me for the order and offering to answer any questions I may have. (great customer service) The items arrived on time and in perfect condition. The quality of the furniture is a 10+ for the price. This entire transaction went better than I could have imagined. I am picky so saying that I am in love with everything I ordered is a big deal and I am in love with everything I ordered. I ordered the netta chairs, parson sofas, parson coffee table and volta accent table.
