I have ordered furniture from MODLOFT a few times over the year. All of the furniture received has met my expectations and is of good quality. The customer support and responsiveness of contacts has greatly improved over the years. I have confidence in MODLOFT providing quality solutions for my needs. The only unfortunate issue during this last order is we received incorrect parts to our order. The customer service team has remedied the situation with a solution that will come 4 months later, but would have been 5 stars if I the delivery was without issue. Definitely would like to order from MODLOFT again.

The chairs are amazing, but the delivery services was bad. We were give a timeframe of 2-6 pm., they showed up at 7:15. I have a child and told them not to bother assembling the 6 chairs bc I have bedtime.

Overall we really like our Modloft Varick chairs in eggshell color. The chairs seem very durable and are particularly nice for the cost. The light color seems to wipe off well and not stain from our young children. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a nice modern chair at a reasonable price.

I watched this Item for 2 years and suddenly it was time to attack! I love it, its different and so am I which means we have a wonderful relationship with each other lol! It fits my decor 100%. I had a vision and it became a reality. Thank you Modloft.
