Our Chelsea bed suffered an unfortunate break in one of the side rails recently and I could not be more happy with how Modloft responded when I asked about how to repair. I was sent all new siderails, free of charge, and only paid for the shipping. We were able to install them easily at home and were so happy to fix it quickly and without breaking the bank. We've been thinking about getting a new bed for our guest room and will definitely be considering Modloft for that purchase soon!

The bed is just the same as shown on website, and it is comfortable. It is very convenient that the nightstand is set with the bed, which is shiftable, and it would be better if a withdrawal can be set to the nightstand.

We received and tried our new sectional Netta chaises. It is a beautiful statement in quality, comfort and style on our screened in porch. The versatility of a conversation piece as well as a perfect nap or reading outdoor bed is exactly what we were looking for. Both chaises arrived in a very secure packaging and were easy to assemble and install. Ryan and Juan helped me keep up with shipping tracking until it finally arrived. Thank you!

Bought the lid low for next to my platform bed to compliment an existing end table
On the other side, loved the look but was a bit too low which I thought might be when I bought. So moved to my family room and love it! Very versatile well made table.
