I wanted to love this couch so much, it is beautiful and very well made. I just didn't find it to be the kind of couch you can snuggle into for hours. If I had a larger home with a 'sitting room' where I sat with company in a more formal setting, this would be the ideal couch. It's great for sitting comfortably for a long period of time. But if you want to melt into it and snuggle in for an extended period of time, this may not be the right couch. Craftsmanship is great and the braces to interlock the sections are well made and don't compromise the integrity of the frames. The fabric is beautiful and great for a couch, I could tell it would survive the test of time and wear.

This dresser is really a great piece of furniture. It is solid and is just what I was looking for! The reason I am not giving it 5 stars is because the front surfaces were a little scuffed up and one of the drawers is a little finicky. But I do LOVE it and would highly recommend it!! The delivery and set-up was top notch and I would highly recommend it!

Firstly I would like to start of with the exceptional customer service provided by Modloft and an in particular individual by the name of Kevin Sykes. I ordered my first perry sectional a year more than a year ago. I was wasn't too pleased as to how the quality of the sectional and the fabric Was not of good quality given the price I paid for it. The lining under the seat started to tear. I contacted customer service and was put through to Kevin who went above and beyond to correct this issue. He had a replacement couch sent out to me as I was still In warranty and advised me that I was in luck as the manufacture for the couch had changed. When the new sectional came I was blown away by how much the quality had really changed. It's a lot firmer and very clean cut. This saves me from plumping up the couch. I think everyone that ever walks into my house is blown away from this couch. It's that amazing. I am surprised as no one else has written a review.

I am an interior designer. I had an entire home that I needed to furnish ASAP. I needed furnishings that were a good mixture of contemporary and mid century modern. In my business it is so important and not so easy these days to find the kind of person that "gets things done!" Alison got things done not only expediently but in a caring and knowledgeable fashion. She is very customer service oriented, another thing hard to find these days! She knows her stuff and is definitely an asset to Modloft.
