The frame is great and solid quality. I actually had to request a replacement frame because the original product shipped had issues (bolt locations weren’t matching up/the assembled frame was not square). I called Modloft and without hesitation a new one was on its way to me. Great customer service.

My husband found this website during a search for a new bed. When we decided to purchase the bed and mattress we didn't know what to expect because we hadn't tested it out. We were pleasantly surprised upon arrival. The mattress is very firm with no bounce. It appears to be made of some type of memory foam, yet you don't sink into it. We get a restful night's sleep on this mattress. We don't feel each other move during the night. The mattress absorbs all the shock and resistance because it is so stiff. It is a nice mattress that hopefully last for years.
