Modloft was extremely professional and courteous throughout the entire process. Almost immediately after purchasing I received a call and email from the customer service representative Audrey. She was exceptional and prompt.
I experienced a bit of an issue with the delivery/install but Modloft solved the issue and in a quick manner. Nothing but good things to say about Audrey and the whole team
The quality of the product is great, though I wish there was something that held the plywood slats in place. Other than that it is extremely good quality. Wood is nice and heavy and looks & feels luxurious.

These chairs are gorgeous. Unfortunately, I needed 6 and Modloft only had 2 left. They have since been discontinued so I had to return the 2 since I was unable to complete the set.
