I love Modloft furniture/design/quality, but BEST OF ALL is this company and people and customer service. I have several pieces of furniture from Modloft and waiting on delivery for a few more. The attention to detail, quality of product/materials, amazing designs are some of my favorite things about Modloft. However after my recent customer experience I will rate the customer service over everything else with 10 starts if I could. Right after placing an order (worth bed in this case) receiving a personal email from customer service with their information is amazing. I got email notification when bed shipped as well. There was a delay in receiving the bed because of carrier, but Ryan was so helpful and positively helpful throughout the process. I receive the bed, and its what I ordered apparently but was not loving it, Ryan put all my worries to ease and is swapping the bed with the color combination I actually want (walnut & white). Working with Ryan is such a breeze and easy and positive. Thank you so much Modloft for existing and Most of all for having amazing people in your company.

Well made bed frame with a sturdy set up. Fits well in the master bedroom and we love the look of it as well. Would recommend to anyone.

The table has been with us for almost a month. Below are the pros and cons: Pros: - Plays great. I was concerned that table would not play well because it is concrete and not plywood but my surprise it plays great. - Looks great - I have searched the market and did not find any other table that looks as good as this and has dinning table / table tennis functionality. - Heavy and durable legs - Great customer service Cons: - The pictures show the top as one piece (which would have been ideal) but the top comes in two pieces. This is a major difference as online pictures have been digitally modified to look like one piece. - Table top is not as durable - Considering this is a concrete table top I was expecting it to be more durable but the top is delicate and was easily scratched when I tried to secure the net in the center.

Heavy and sturdy. Good fit and finish between glasss and shelves.

This is even more stunning in person!!!! Easy to wipe down, (we do plan on getting a protective glass top for this to ensure this table continues to stay in pristine shape for many years to come plus we have kids.) Very sturdy and secure. We are thrilled with this purchase.

It took many months for this backordered bed to finally to finally arrive. Boy was I happy to see the quality of the materials. The bed is contemporary and looks great. Buy one and you won't be disappointed.

Modloft sent color samples and that was a big help in our purchase decision. I kept my eye on the arrival date as these were back-ordered and the date was constantly moving. Once the date was fixed I ordered two of these through the website. Delivery took about four weeks and the delivery/assemblers were great. The shelves looks just as pictured. One minor detraction is the whitesheet showed the shelf depth as 20" whereas it is actually 14".
