In our opinion, the photos don’t do it justice. While we were very excited about the frame itself, we weren’t too sure about the headboard material, but upon arrival, we fell in love with it. Yes, it’a an expensive frame, but the build quality is excellent! My only complaint would be with the build instructions, but that’s only because we opted to build it ourselves instead of having the delivery men do it since we had to move things around in our bedroom first. Can’t wait for our next Modloft purchase!

The chair was delivered in perfect condition. The leather is less matte black than I expected but looks and feels expensive.

It took a bit to get it assembled, but you can tell the quality of the material is superb. I would recommend this bed to anyone. It is also very atheistically pleasing.

so the "white glove" service really is bad. the delivery guys had no idea how to but the bed together and now I have hired a group to come by today and take it apart and put it together the correct way. it took them 2 hours to not even get it to work. But the bed part looks amazing and hopefully this group can get it apart to be able to install it correctly. It's very scary that ModLoft let's these people try and put these items together.
