Soft fabric, firm but not hard cushion. Love the look and how it fills up our large family room.

We were on the hunt for the perfect sofa to add to our new place. We shopped around in store and online, but there was nothing that we loved - especially if we were going to spend about $2k+ Eventually I ended up on the Modloft site - which I never heard of, but then again it's our first time shopping for furniture that matters. The Spruce Sectional collection is everything we've been wanting in terms of look and quality. We ordered the Spruce Modular 08 with a left chaise. It took some time to arrive due to the delays that the rest of the country is experiencing, but Modloft kept in contact regarding our order by email. They were also very responsive and helpful. It was delivered by a third party delivery service. I wasn't a fan of them coming into our home without booties on or even offering, but that's not exactly Modloft's fault. I run a no-shoe household so I wasn't pleased when they were walking on my floor where my newly white couch would be placed. Okay okay... I know you just want to know about the sofa... The Spruce Modular 08 sofa is BEAUTIFUL. OMG it looks amazing in our new home with our floors. I do wish it was less on the warm tone, but its not a deal breaker and still works with everything in our home. Please note that the sofa is more on the cream side, not as white as the photograph. You can order a sample to get a better idea. So far it is comfortable. There is a section on the chaise, close to the arm rest where we can feel that we sink in a bit more than other parts of the couch. I am not sure why that happens, but it is something we noticed and didn't really like. Another thing we noticed when we received our couch is there were splinters in the fabric. We haven't called customer service about this yet, but we did spend some time using our tweezers to get them out. Overall, I love the look of the couch. I think it is so beautiful and the perfect amount of uniqueness without being too loud and crazy. I think the minor cons are something to consider when buying, but we chose not to let it get to us. Plus, we've waited a few months for a couch so we are not going back to a couch-less home. We will see how customer service assists us regarding the splinter issue we had.

Beautiful sectional

Perfect for my small space, nice deep seat. Sits lower to the floor than I anticipated. Not a couch you sink into, but that's not something I was looking for. Still, this couch is very comfortable and I love the down fill.

Love our new Astor glossy white dinning table! It goes well with our modern home. It’s easy to extend and shorten. Seats 6 when shortened and 8 if extended. Very sturdy and clean lines!

Just bought for Thanksgiving, every person commented on houseleek these looked. I’m impressed with the way also and seem very solid

It is a great modular. I got Perry modular in chalk fabric. The set came with one missing pillow, the costumer service did great response and they will be sending it soon.

Love this product, extremely comfortable and matches modern décor perfectly. Its neutral tone and design compliment almost any modern home style. Although priced on the high side, well worth the $$ for the quality.

The bed is feels really stable. This is my dream bed looks like. I like it very much!

We love the bed - great quality and feels like it will last awhile. The material will need to be washed over time but in general it was a great purchase. The color is definitely much darker than what's represented in the photos online - more of a tan beige than white
