I ordered a complete set up for my living room consisting of Spruce modular left arm chair, armless chair, armrest element, right hand unit, ottoman and Pitt unit ottoman. I received the delivery of my order yesterday and I am so excited and pleased with my purchase. The spruce modular products look the same as shown in the images; they have a modern, minimalist look with a very clean design which is what I was wishing for! And the products definitely meet my other expectations as well! The seat is slightly on a stiffer side, not like mushy soft, which is what imparts the design a clean look. I intentionally did not want extra soft seats as I had a past experience earlier with other products where back cushions lost the shape quickly when put in regular use and started looking clumsy. Therefore, this fits within my expectation as it is comfortable yet seems to maintain the shape. The delivery took bit longer than expected, however, I truly appreciate the prompt response and engagement I received on all my emails, questions from the Director of Commercial and Retail (Allison Kersun) through out the process. I very much appreciate the professionalism and patience shown. So go ahead!! and order the Modloft products if you love the look and design in the pictures….you will get what you see!!!

Perfect size for my space. Very mid-century and sophisticated. The 1st delivery arrived damaged, but sales support quickly send replacement and arrived earlier than expected. Great quality. Too early to tell wear and tear, but is very sturdy and heavy. Definitely takes at least 2 people to carry and assemble.

This is not only a mirror. It's an amazing and beautiful piece that will add to your decor and make your room look stunning! The build quality is impressive. The delivery was perfect, as always. Couldn't be happier! This is something everyone will notice and be happy to reflect themselves in!

After waiting for what seemed like forever and receiving the first one damaged, finally the media cabinet is here and it is stunning! So worth the wait. The design is fabulous and it looks so much better in person than just on the site. It is wonderful cabinet (gloss black and walnut) and it will be for years to come.
