Bought (5) for our patio and love them. Well packed for shipment, and arrived in excellent shape. Great design and constructed well. Sturdy and can easily handle my 210lb frame. Since this purchase we have order many other Modloft products for our patio to complete a very cool theme!

We got this delivered; but assembled it myself - with help for certain things. Instructions were good. I took my time assembling it - didn't want to rush through, and it took ~2 hours. We absolutely love how it looks. The leather quality and stich are all very good quality. After 2+ months, still love how it looks stylish, and feels quite solid. For reference, neither of us are above 160lb. The low height is just perfect - no hopping on/off. Giving 4*, only because I don't know about its longevity. Given the quality of parts and construction, I suspect it will last long and I'd give a 4.5*, if I could.
