I just received my Spruce modular within 3 weeks of ordering it. The delivery was excellent. They helped us unpack everything and waited until we inspected all the pieces. I had ordered 5 modules in a configuration I had chosen for our large formal living room. I am amazed by the quality of this sectional and how it transformed our living room. It elevated our living room to a more luxurious look and made it more spacious. The "chalk" color is more ivory with a beige undertone and not too white which I appreciated. To my observation, this warm ivory/beige tone goes well with taupe, light browns, coffee, gold, natural/brown wood, and blacks. If you need something cooler, I recommend the light grey fabric or order the swatches first. The fabric is a basket weave type but flat and elegantly silky to the touch. One of the pieces got dirty while the guys were unpacking but it came off very quickly with a colorless dish soap and microfiber wipe (a trick I normally use for any upholstery cleaning). It appears as a high-quality performance fabric even though I could not find this information on their website. The firmness is as expected for this type of style - firm to keep its elegant shape but very comfortable when sitting. It is not stiff at all, and it does not sink which I like. It is perfect for me! I purchased it expecting a firmer feel as I do not like overly soft sinking TV couches for my formal living room. The seating area is wide with the overall depth of each piece around 41-42 inches. The depth is comparable to many standard wide sectional sofas. I am so happy with this sectional. Thank you Modloft for excellent customer service as well. I was very nervous about ordering such expensive furniture online, but it turned out to be such a great experience. Thank you!

We use this table in an office as the conference table. The table is very nice with comfortable dimensions and comes pretty much as is advertised. The one exception I found is the color is a little more brownish than I had expected. The glass can also scratch, so you need to be careful.
