  The volume doesn't work good on any of the apps tried several different devices both apple and Android same problem. Works on the computer but my son gets bored with it quickly it's too repetitive. Same goes for reading eggs. I can't convince him to play it, hell do it one every couple of weeks if I make him. Wish I hadn't bought the long subscription.

  Easy to use and super engaging, we love Math seeds and Reading eggs so much! My 9, 6 and 4 year old have learned so much all while having fun. Safe site to use with no advertisements or inappropriate content for your little ones. I highly recommend using both Mathseeds to learn math in a super fun way or Reading eggs to learn to read.

  Mathseeds is easy to navigate, very user friendly. The lessons are engaging for kids with varying abilities. The email alerts pertaining to lessons and quizzes completed are great. I wish homeschool parents with multiple users could have access to reports feature. As a former public school educator, the reporting function to track progress over time would be extremely helpful to some homeschool families.

  My son loves it. He’s five, learning very quickly. The only issue I have had is trying to figure out all the different options. There is so much and I get a bit confused as a parent.

  My kids use the math minute feature for their math facts. Flash cards were not working. Now my older boy knows all his multiplication and division, and my younger boy is working on his addition and subtraction. The stars and badges for achievements really motivate them.

  My kiddo has had trouble with reading (possible dyslexia), we've been using this platform for about 2 months and something has clicked in him that he missed last year in kindergarten! Thank you so much for helping us through our homeschooling journey!

  We love it, but there is one problem. As a homeschool family we live that we can let the kids progress at their own pace for each subject. Unfortunately if you have a child that is advanced in math but is not a proficient reader, that complicates things.

  My kids enjoys the games. Most of the games work just fine and is very engaging. But when my son got to map 4 where the bananas needs to be moved to a basket there is a glitch (level 12 if I remember correctly) He only gets to move 1 banana. Then it freezes and it doesnt matter what we do, my son can't finish and go to the next level. I think math seeds needs more work and glitches should be reported. I haven't found a way to report glitch as yet.

  The math seeds is wonderful for my 2 oldest children. It makes it fun doing math for them in a way I've never seen in any platform. The only one thing is sometimes you will get a glitch where you try to pull the right answer but it grabs the wrong one. It does this on a laptop. I have to end up going on the phone to complete certain lessons , then log back in the laptop. But otherwise than that, programs is awesome

  We loved all the levels of Mathseeds. We started using it in kindergarten, and completed the third grade level. We also used Reading Eggs. However, we were disappointed that Mathseeds stopped at the third grade level, while Reading Eggs continued. It is disappointing that we are now having to pay for a different math program to accompany the reading portion of the program. It would seem logical to have both of your programs end at the same grade level. Why not expand the grade level in math? It’s a great program.

  My son enjoys the Mathseeds program over any of the others we have tried. The program is also the most comprehensive I have found. The Driving Test practices, printable worksheets and the award certificates are all wonderful additions. I really hope the program becomes expanded to lessons beyond 3rd grade, this is the only reason I did not give the program 5 stars.

  thye only thing i have had an issue with so far Is that money was introduced WAY too early. Most kids start money in 2nd or 3rd grade. It was hard to pass the work and was not age appropriate. Otherwise this program is AMAZING!

  We love math seeds. The games are fun and an easier way for my children to memorize mental math than using boring flash cards. I would really like to see this program extended to be for older children too. As a homeschooling family, it would be great if we could just subscribe and do all our math for the foreseeable future using mathseeds. Please add content for older kids so we can keep using mathseeds!

  Mathseeds and Reading Eggs both tend to be glitchy. The app and the website frequently freeze which can cause frustration for my kids. If your kids can quickly forget about that annoying aspect then it is worth purchasing as the content is great.

  Not nearly at the same level as the Reading Programme. Maths apps should not require the student to have a high reading level in order to do the activities. There is far too much reading involved in these activities. they should have audio cues instead.

  My 2 older children have used the Reading Eggs app at school, we have decided to homeschool this year and have been using both Reading Eggs and Mathseeds for my 5 year old daughter as part of her English and Maths. Just recently she has been able to identify shapes particularly Rectangles. She always asks to complete the next level.

  Its made in a very organised fashion to suit the age group of kids. I personally love the gradual and progressive increase of complexity of the numeracy and word building and also providing the small wins in form of corns/coins - which is an awesome perk for kids and keeps them motivated.

  Doesn't go to a high enough level and you can only buy Reading Eggs and Mathseeds together as a package. We are not using Mathseeds at all, very disappointed

  I've used mathseeds with both my children and it has been really engaging and they have not needed alot of support from myself. They both enjoy it and are learning alot. I highly recommend it together with reading eggs and eggspress. It would be great for mathseeds to be extended to cover all primary school years similar to Reading eggspress. Very good value too on the price.

  This is the most amazing gift I have ever bought from my 2 boys. They are not to fond of reading or doing homework but this makes it fun and they just don't want to stop. This is such a game changer for my family and I always tell my mum friends and even teachers on parents evening how fab this site is. I will always promote this and use this until my boys are over the primary school age.

  I home school my 3 boys and maths seeds has been a huge part of our curriculum! My youngest especially loves it and is ahead in all of his outcomes because of the app! I recommend this to everyone with kids!!!!!

  We purchased this product for our grandchildren and it has helped them so much. Maths is no longer worrying; they find it fun and they learn at their own pace. The youngest child is challenged to become as good as his older brothers and they all help each other learn. An inexpensive and powerful gift.

  It is the best program that I can find. I wish you guys keep developing more levels of math. My children is at prep but they have managed to get through more than 100 lessons. They will finish it by the end of year I guess. We are waiting for you guys developing new math and English program.

  I would love it to have a accessment like the reading eggs because some of it is too easy for my daughter and some is just right for her learning capability it would be also great if you had a home schooling app too

  We started using reading eggs and mathseeds at the start of lockdown 1, 2 years on my son who is diagnosed with autism is flying and has caught up at school with both phonics and maths. I have to give massive credit to this app, it's fun and interactive and even my daughter who is almost 3 is now wanting her own login to play with it. it starts from the very beginning taking them through recognition and basic concepts just like they learn at school. we not purchase mathseeds each year and will continue too as its the best app on the market for learning in a fun way.

  My grandson age 8yrs has special learning needs and has had a difficult time at school. Mathseeds and Reading Eggs are helping to build his confidence. He thoroughly enjoys gaining some achievements and it is helping with his confidence.

  The timer on the mathseeds game makes my son extremely anxious, he refuses to do mathseeds now because it feels like hes failing every time. Perhaps a setting to switch off the timer clock so that kids can get used to the format of the game "practice mode" before starting to go faster?

  Good range of maths-based learning activities suitable for young children. My son started to use Mathseeds aged 4, 1 yr before starting school. My only criticism is that if you miss the instructions it can be a challenge to work out what the task is; it would be helpful to be able to play the instructions again or have them on the screen to read.

  My son's enjoys it and he is practicing everything he has learned in school. He is lucky to attent a school that doesn't give homework assignments. So we can choose to dedicate a small portion of his spare time to practice. Not just finish an assignment that might or not be useful to him. The lessons progress at a comfortable pace. I am very grateful for this opportunity to combine learning with songs and a playful approach Highly recommended !!!

  No improvement for iPad use need , sounds turn off by itself with no other way to fix other than uninstalling the app and reinstalling. Very frustrating

  We have been subscribers for several years now. My son (8) has flown through the math program, and has even gone back and reviewed the last 50 lessons to make sure he understood it all. My daughter loves it too, and is almost all the way through the 2nd grade portion at age 6. We love the driving tests and mental minutes also. Great program, and it makes homeschooling math so much easier. The supplemental worksheets are great for review and making sure they really master the material.

  MathSeeds is the only program that works for my autistic, ADHD son. It's great for pre-K to who knows how old, especially if you have a child with delays or struggles with math. Every little game has music, sound effects, and excellent high quality animation. Since he's special needs he somtimes needs some help to get past something more challenging, but overall, this program works as instruction and practice. We also love the accompanying workbook. You can print worksheets instead, but the workbook is also colorful and he is more motivated to try than with any other curriculum. We have tried other online and paper programs and this is the ONLY one that works for a child like my son. Definitely *start here* for any young homeschooler, a child that is struggling, or a special needs student!!! We've been using it for 3 years and still swear by it!

  My sons are allowed 20-30min in Mathseeds or other learning apps some days of the week. They like that they can answer some questions to move into an appropriate level rather than be stuck in easy questions. My 5yo is in the 1st grade math standards, and my almost 7yo is in the 3rd grade standards. We wish the program had 4th and 5th grade.

  We use a solid math curriculum in our homeschool, so I can’t say my older children have “learned” tons from Mathseeds. However, the approach is very similar and the kids have really enjoyed playing. I feel good about letting them play because it reinforces what they’re learning throughout the week in our regular homeschooling. My kindergartner has probably learned the most from it and is quite pleased with all she is now able to do because of mathseeds.

  Mathseeds has been so great for my boys. My five year old has been loving it since last fall and has just started the first grade math level! My eight year old was struggling with the math program we were using, but he loves that Mathseeds feels like a game. We started back at the beginning of his level, but he had not retained a lot in the last year, so it has been good for him to go back over the material to understand it better. I like that I can skip levels if it seems too easy for them also. We have had a great experience. I hope Mathseeds will be releasing 4th grade math soon!

  We love math seeds and reading eggs. We homeschool and have 4 kiddos of various ages. I wanted a program that they could use with strategic math practice while I was working with their siblings, and this is it. The only bummer is it doesn't go into upper math. All my kids learn differently and some have learning challenges and this program has worked great for all of them. The animals and dressing up their character or adding to their home is highly motivating to them. I highly recommend this program.

  Absolutely wonderful for many ages. We already loved ReadingEggs, but the addition of Mathseeds and Fast Phonics have really rounded out the experience. It is an everyday part of our school time AND my kids want to “play” it in their free time too!

  With doing Mathseeds with my preschooler, it would be nice to see some videos for learning the numbers like with Reading Eggs Junior Heidi Songs. This would help with the number recognition. He really likes the catchy Heidi Songs that go over letter sound and letter recognition.

  Math seeds has made a massive difference for our children! We pair it with Xtra Math and find the two to be a very winning combo. I know screen time gets a lot of bad rap, but there really is a place for it!

  I love the Mathseeds program on the Reading Eggs platform! Program is well thought out and my child who does find Maths easy is making steady progress. There is scaffolding on concepts and it loops back to cover topics again, rather than teach it once and move on like some other programs we've used.

  The site is great. My children have learned so much from both the reading and math portions. I wish there was more repetitive content for practicing in mathseeds itself (rather than in the driving tests and mental minutes). My kiddos forget about those so they often don't get the reps they need.

  Great program!! My child loved the characters and looked forward to his lessons every day. He mastered the concepts quickly and has retained them. He is very comfortable and confident doing mental math too. Highly highly recommend to parents of young children.

  Some lags and glitches with the program. Sometimes have to exit and restart to get it working. Mostly good content although the games are a bit long. Too many questions for each one. Would be better to have shorter games/less questions and more levels for each concept. Kids seems to get frustrated with doing the same thing over and over again. Overall a great concept and a good pair with Reading Eggs. Just seems to lack in a few areas where Reading Eggs does better.

  We have been paying for Mathseeds for 3 years now, it's a good program for my homeschooling kids. The only improvement I would suggest is to get rid of ALL common core in some of the lessons, my kids get so frustrated with the common core questions and I often have to do this portion of some of the lessons for them in order to bypass it so they can continue on.

  Mathseeds has been a saving grace. This program, along with Reading Eggs has been developmentally perfect for my child from K-1st grade when nothing else could engage her at an early school age. She has laughed at the songs, learned how to count, and made friends with the characters. She is continuing the program as a supplement and review for her elementary years--and I only wish the program could be extended past 3rd grade. Absolutely GREAT. Please consider increasing Mathseeds to 5th grade!

  My son is in 2nd grade and struggled with math at school. He uses Mathseeds nearly every day and I’ve seen a big improvement in his adding and subtracting. He also has a lot more confidence with numbers and now looks forward to doing math activities.

  I just love this app! The kids think they are playing games while they work through the lessons teaching them shapes, numbers, measurement topics and other mathematical skills. They love earning Acorns and I like being able to see a progress report. Would highly recommend.
