I recently purchased The Fundamentals for my best friend as a birthday gift. With the biggest smile on his face he said " OMG! This is so beautiful and elegant! I absolutely LOVE IT!!! I can't believe you got this for me!" I purchased this set for him because I love my own MK Fundamentals so much! We both love to cook and he was so excited to receive this gift. I really like how I was able to consolidate most of my cooking utensils into such a small space, and they look good too when not in use. They are perfect in using straight from the kitchen to serving, saving the need to wash additional items. Materials cookware has made cooking much more enjoyable again, and they spark joy every time I use them!

Great quality product all around. Knives are sharp and feel balanced. Utensils are thoughtfully designed and heafty. The wooden block is attractive and functional. This is a set of kitchen essentials that will legitimately make you want to cook more. My only gripe was that the wooden spoon was extremely dry. Nothing some wood oil doesn’t fix though.
