I finally opened my Christmas gift, the coated pan. It's a beauty to behold. Today I made some omelet with it. It cooks very well. It heats up quickly and retains the heat well. I like the fact that it can go to the oven directly, though haven't tried yet. I only wish there was a bigger size of this pan. I can cook almost anything in it if it's bigger.

I recently ordered a Material knife stand for a Christmas gift. The stand is every bit as fabulous in person as it appeared on your website; modern minimal, black. The product is high quality, with a beautiful aesthetic, as well as highly functional. I also received excellent customer service when my shipment was lost and a replacement was sent immediately. I'm really quite satisfied with this cookware set! I got the sauté pan and coated pan along with the sauce pot. And they all do what they promise - heats quickly with a even cook, easy to clean (they were fine after the dishwasher), and not extremely heavy. I'm still surprised by how quickly the coated pan fried tofu into golden crisps despite not patting all the water out.
