Excellent quality. Love the knife stand; functional and beautiful

My wife has two sisters, so I bought each of them a 3-tool set - 3 spatulas, 2 slotted spoons, 1 wooden spoon, 1 metal spoon, 1 whisk, and 1 pair of tongs. All the pieces are well-made and feel very sturdy. My only issue is the metal spoon, which I ordered with a black handle. After hand-washing the spoon and letting it dry, the black handle had chalky white streaks on it. Definitely not a functional issue - just an appearance issue which will bug some people but not me. Very, very happy with the purchase. Will buy more in the future.

My husband and I are delighted to have discovered Material. We fell in love with the clean, modern design but really the test was the quality - which is SUPERB. We look forward to cooking *just* a little bit more and look forward to using these items for years to come!

Bought the pan for my husband who is an expert egg chef. He loved how his favorite omelet cooked, the pan size, weight, handle, color and ease of turning the omelet out. So pleased.

Very well designed. Easy to clean and sharpen

Every year I agonize over gift selection for my husband. This year I am pleased to say, it was easy. My husband is a retired chef who is very concerned about his knives. We have limited space on our walls in the kitchen so when I saw the standing knife magnet I was thrilled. Thank you Material for making it easy for me! He Loves it!

Gave them to my wife for Christmas (her request after seeing something in the NYTimes). Originally I wasn't sure why she wanted another pair of scissors but after receiving them I know why. They look/feel/work great. You make a great and well designed product.

I found Material while searching for new knives, and found their amazing cutting boards, made of recycled materials and sugar cane. I wanted to purchase a 3 piece set but they were sold out at the time (as were the single cutting boards), so I noted the ones I wanted and left my email to be notified when they became available again. I assumed it would be well after the holidays (it was to be a gift), but surprisingly a few days later I was notified that it was available again, ordered it and hoped it would arrive close to Christmas, not really expecting it to though. I was thrilled and surprised to Find it at home well before the holiday! The cutting board was beautiful (the color on the website was pretty accurate, with the teal really bold/beautiful). As this was a gift for my sister I didn’t use the board myself but it was a great quality, sturdy and beautiful! Now that the holidays are over (and I won’t feel guilty buying things for myself when I should be buying gifts for others), I will be purchasing more of these cutting boards for myself (and for gifts for next year)!

I've used the knife sharpener for everything that needed to be sharpened. It's one of the best sharpeners on the market.

This is such a beautiful product with a clever design. The look and feel of it is a lot more expensive than what it is priced at. I really appreciate the magnetic detailing for knives, and I even stick my offset spatula that is too big for my utensils drawer on there. Can't say enough good things about it!
