I had the Trio set on my wishlist for probably a year. Finally got the chance to buy this set and 2 weeks in, they're definitely the best knives I've ever own and USED. You literally feel how sharp they are! The weight and the quality of the product is superb. Can't wait to see how they age, but I have high hopes! Thank you for making these beautiful tools, I hope to use them for the next 50 years.

These shears are incredibly sharp, which makes them a joy to use. I LOVE that they come apart and can go into the dishwasher. Hands down the bast kitchen shears I’ve used!

It is as advertised. The chef's knife makes meats and vegetables a snap to get ready for the pan. Everyone in my cooking club wants to use my knife and most of theirs are more expensive.
