This is proving to be an excellent alternative cutting board with an impervious surface for easing cleaning. It’s quickly becoming my go-to in the kitchen.

The pan is as beautiful as it is functional. It has a very high quality feel and some definite gravitas. The non stick is great, and we have put it through the dishwasher a few times with no issues. If you hand wash it, it only takes a minute due to the non stick coating. I wish they made a 12 inch, because I would buy that in a heartbeat.

Very, very, very nonstick. A really easy pan for both the not-so-culinary-savvy and the chef. I will mention though that if you're looking for any char, this pan probably won't do the trick. We've only used it a few times so far, but I don't think it's even possible to burn anything using this pan. And if you did, it wouldn't stick to the pan.
