Yes. It. Is. I have a cutting board that was hand made by my friend's father from a tree that they needed to cut down at their cabin near Yosemite. It's such a cool gift and I was looking for something to take care of it.

Just such great colors and perfect texture (a little more spring than in a straight-up plastic board) and I feel good when chopping on it because of its recycled content. Thanks guys!

These shears are great.
While a little on the small side; 3" blade, 8" overall:
They are SOLID steel.
They come apart and together easily, but not mistakenly.
They are tight fitting.
The only non metal come off very easily and is not obnoxious or obtrusive, and is aestetic.

My husband surprised me with a set of wooden spoons, 2 spatulas, slotted spoon and tongs. I had been fine with the ragtag pieces we had used for years but now I stand corrected - these are amazing. Beautiful, sturdy, functional, well-designed, and perfect for home chefs who appreciate high quality. Love these!

Replaced my standard wood block with this sleek piece for my tiny kitchen. My only wish is that it had a slot for the kitchen shears as they tend to slide down and scratch the wood.

I love using these cutting boards! They are sturdy and easy to grip, and they don't show knife marks like my other cutting boards do. Definitely a worthwhile kitchen investment.
