I recently purchased a range of Material Kitchen products including knives, boards, pans and other kitchen tools. It had been a while since I had invested in these kind of essential kitchen tools and wanted to try a new brand. Wow!!!!! I have been blown away by the beauty, functionality and quality of all of the Material Kitchen items I have bought! The knives and re-board are being used 5 times a day and totally changing my cooking experience. I couldn't recommend this brand highly enough and will be gifting these products to friends over the holidays! Congrats Material on creating something truly wonderful and life changing!

I love this set of kitchen must haves. The knives are wonderfully sharp and feel nice in the hand. I love the wide shaped slotted spoon for getting pasta out of the pot. The tongs are great and I like the closing mechanism now that I figured it out, it was a little confusing at first. Everything looks beautiful on the counter and I love displaying everything. I think these tools will last a long time.

Great way to store essentials on the counter! One thing that I didn’t see in any reviews was where the magnet is on the block...just one side? All sides? It’s only on one side, not all the way around. This fits three of my knives; chef, vegetable, and pruning...but no more. It takes up a bit of space, but also frees up space in the drawers so the trade off is worth it.

It’s beautiful, well designed, and has a small footprint, ideal for my kitchen space. The crock portion has a divider from the knife magnet, which was hard to decipher from the image. Four stars because it is a small crock, definitely cannot hold all the essentials, but its versatile function makes up for that in my space.

Great quality, easy to use, sharp and cut nicely. The feeling in your hands when cutting is amazing. Bought the white one, love the color. Will buy it again for a gift and second one for myself.

Love the set. There were a few small scuffs in the wooden base upon arrival. From a design and function perspective it is important to consider where the base will sit on your counter top. The only place it fits in my kitchen is underneath some lower hanging cabinets making it difficult to slide the knives up and out without hitting the bottom of my cabinet. I have to scoot out the entire base to remove the rear knife. I've used the wooden spoon a small number of times and it already needs to have the wood oil applied.
