The 10.5 inch pan is perfect for my Meals for two. The weight is perfect. It sets nicely and flat on the burner. The layered design allows the food to cook evenly. The coating is the best I have used. Nothing sticks and cleanup is easy.

My cookware is beautiful but I am a little frustrated by the nonstick skillet not having a lid. The lid for the sauté pan does not fit it. While I can see that the pot and pans are well made I do feel as though they could be better

AWESOME! Love the style saves space ease of use. I purchased the walnut and was more than pleased. Knives are so much easier to grab and you can see the size you want. Simply put I love it and encourage every cook with a knife block to get rid of it and order one of these!

This is by far the best skillet of any I have ever owned. Beautifully crafted, a pleasure to look at and use. Something as simple as a fried egg comes out easily and cooks better. Looking forward to many omelettes, frittatas and other dishes to come.
