This is the pan ive been looking for. The food comes out great. I still use a little oil for the taste, but much less.

I bought this pan specifically for cooking eggs. I use cast iron almost exclusively, but the cool Japanese egg pan I bought just wouldn't season quite right. So, on a whim (after I bought your scissors last year) I bought the green pan. It's a great pan. The coating is super non-stick. Just what I wanted. Thanks.

The pan is perfect. Heats well, lives up to the no stick and no fumes claims. I have hand washed and washed in the dishwasher (Sometimes i don’t have room) a dozen times now and it always comes up great. I need to get a silicone lid i can use with it, but apart from that, it’s perfect.
