great frying pan

I have not had a chance to use the set much yet and thats the only reason why I didn't mark them as a 5. They are beautiful well crafted cookware in my opinion. I will update my review at a later date. Thank you, KB

By far the nicest pair of kitchen shears I've ever owned.

I chose the saute pan, sauce pot, and coated pan in my set. This is the perfect trio for my small apartment kitchen. The pots are great quality and well made. Cleaning: I recommend handwashing as I noticed some cosmetic tarnishing due to water quality after dishwashing on the bottom rack of the dishwasher (likely removable with polish/cleaner). I had slightly better luck on the top rack. You'll also find the exposed copper bits may darken or tarnish too, this is quite normal for copper and doesn't impact use, just noticeable if you look closely. Beyond that, they're easy to clean, especially the coated pan. Use and Feel: The set feels high quality and heats up evenly. I haven't tried the coated pan in the oven yet, but am very excited about this. I like the spout and little gradation marks inside the pot and saute pan. The spout helps to avoid over-boil in my experience. The one challenge with the spout is that it's easiest for right-handed pours, so it's a tiny bit awkward for left-handed people. The coated pan was delayed due to stock issues, however, the Material team was kind enough to send a complementary pair of kitchen scissors while I waited.

I haven't had to use the sharpener much as the trio of knives is sharp out of the box. However, this was compact, easy to store in a small apartment kitchen, and easy to use.

These knives were an good price point for a first-time buyer looking for an investment piece. They are comfortable to handle too. The blades are insanely sharp making meal prep quick and easy.

Amazing pan. Love the weight, emerald colour inside and works so well on my induction stove. Can tell it will last a long time. Nothing sticks, no oil needed.
